I know, I know… it sounds horrible. But hear me out…
So as we said before, we needed a kick-start to getting healthy after this holiday season so we wanted to try out some healthier substitutions for some of our favorites. Believe it or not, I saw frozen riced cauliflower at Kroger and thought “why not give it a try?”
After trying this, I am DEFINITELY down with the trend!
Ingredients:
1 bag of riced cauliflower
1 Tbsp of butter
2 Tbsp of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic powder
S&P to taste
Preparation:
In saute pan, add frozen cauliflower and butter. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until warmed and tender.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese.
Voila!!!
