That’s right, we said Brandy mayonnaise. If you are looking for a great way to class up some mayo for a game day feast or backyard BBQ or simply to impress you friends, this is the recipe for you. There are only a few ingredients so it is quick and easy to whip up to go alongside burgers, steak – you name it!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of mayonnaise (we prefer Dukes Brand)
3 Tbsp. of ketchup
3 Tbsp. of small diced dill pickes
3 Tbsp. of small diced pickled jalapenos
3 Tbsp of sweet pickle relish, rinsed and drained
1/2 shot of Brandy
Preparation:
Simply mix together all ingredients except Brandy. Then add Brady and mix well.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
***You can play around with similar alcohols if you prefer; Cognac or Bourbon work well also!
